Dear loc blog,
I was suppose to write two days ago but I was busy dealing with some issues..
Saturday I was going thru my locks and realised that some were bigger than the others. So I separated at least 6 of them. Then I counted them and found that I I have at least 86. That the same amount I had in my first set..
Then I washed my hair with peppermint castile soap. And I twisted it. Nothing special.. :)
Next saturday, ima dye my hair golden brown.. Ima post up pictures...

New Trick
Dear lock blog,
As long as I have been locking along the way I've been discovering a few tips and tricks that help me along the way. And I just discovered a new trick that I think can help me lock a little bit faster.
I love washing my hair but I can't wash my hair every week because that will slow down the locking process. I like twisting my locks every week just to keep it looking fresh and neat. When I twist it, I use a spray bottle with water in it to make it easier to twist.
Well yesterday I wanted to twist my hair but I didn't want to use the spray bottle. So what I did was this: when I was taking a shower I just decided to let the water run on my hair. I didn't use any soap I just let my hair get wet. And my locks didn't unravel at all. They stayed put.
So this made it easier for me to twist my hair when I was done because I didn't have to use my spray bottle. And plus I only used a little bit of firm wax to twist my locks.
My locks are starting to matte up and bud. Its like they are locking up so fast that I know I won't be able to put a comb through them. I'm glad to see that. So I can wash my hair with soap every two weeks and just rinse my hair every two weeks.
If I keep doing this my hair will be locked up in no time.
